Remly connects the sources you choose, indexes or queries them according to each connector's mode, and gives you permission-aware Search and cited Ask answers. The Mac app adds local-file indexing and a menu-bar search surface. Availability, sync mode, and plan access vary by connector.

Remly ships as two connected apps:

The web app at app.remly.it, where you manage your account, connect cloud sources, and use Search, Ask, Library, Connections, and Settings. This is the supported entry point; preview deployment hosts are not.
A companion Mac app, which indexes files on your device and adds a global search popover. It is implemented but not yet publicly downloadable.

A built-in MCP server lets other AI clients query the same content with your permissions.

Availability differs by connector and by feature. Release status is the single source of truth, and every page in these docs uses its vocabulary.

What Remly does not claim

Citations show where an Ask answer came from. They do not guarantee the answer is correct, or that the retrieved evidence actually answers your question.
Search covers the sources you have connected and the content Remly was able to index. It is not a search over everything your company has.
Group and team sharing is not a current feature. Remly is single-user today.
