Index pages and databases from the Notion workspace you authorise.

Notion is one of the connectors you can use today. Pages and databases from the workspace you authorise are indexed for semantic search and can ground Ask answers.
Connecting
In the web app, open Connections, click Notion, and complete the Notion OAuth flow. Remly requests read-only access.
Selection
Notion's own OAuth flow is the selection step: you choose which pages and databases to share with the integration during authorisation. Remly can only see what you grant there, so granting a whole workspace and granting a single page are both valid choices – and you make them in Notion, not in Remly.
To change what Remly covers later, adjust the integration's access in Notion and let the next sync pick it up.
What gets indexed
- Page titles and body content
- Databases and their pages
Whether database row children are indexed is not settled. Do not assume database contents are fully covered until this page says so.
Credentials
Notion issues a single bearer token with no refresh token, so there is no expiry cycle to manage. Remly stores it encrypted server-side. If the token is invalidated – for example when a workspace admin removes the integration – the connection flips to an error state with a Reconnect action.
Rate limits
Remly stays within Notion's limit of roughly three requests per second per integration and retries on 429 responses. Large workspaces take a while on the first pass as a result.
Sync
Hourly (default), every six hours, daily at a time you set, or manual only. Syncs are incremental after the first pass.
Permissions
Remly indexes only what the authorising integration can see. Pages outside the integration's grant are not indexed for you.
When something goes wrong

| Card shows Reconnect | The integration token was invalidated, often by a workspace admin. Reconnect from the Connections page. |
| A page is missing from results | Confirm it is shared with the Remly integration in Notion, then run Sync now. |
| First sync is slow | Expected on large workspaces because of Notion's rate limit. It continues on its own. |
Disconnecting
Connections → Notion → Disconnect immediately and permanently deletes this connector's sources, documents, text chunks, embeddings, and permissions. Your account and every other connector are unaffected. Nothing in Notion itself is touched.
This is not the same as deleting your account, which follows a different path with a 30-day recovery window.
